A few aguements are very weak and appear to be merely hearsay. I do find that a few have some credibility such as the arguement for Harding and Eisenhower. All that being said.... We have not had a black president. It seems that the aforementioned Presidents were descendants of Africans.... but not 100% black or even 50% black. Can someone that is 1/4 or 1/8 black be considered black? I think not. Most will agree. I have spanish blood, but I have never considered myself European, makes sense right?
